IRONOAKS MEMORIAL POLICY


This policy is intended to make facilities available for a memorial activity to Sun Lakes HOA#3 (the “Association”) homeowners upon the death of any Association homeowner or immediate family member of such homeowner.  The Association shall make available to the homeowner or to the family, as appropriate, all function space, food, and beverage for such a memorial at cost.  In addition, labor will be charged for service staff that may be requested for the memorial.  The labor charge will include gratuity and will be at the normal Association rate.
