IRONOAKS APPEALS COMMITTEE


The IronOaks Appeals Committee was established by the Board of Directors to hear appeals from individuals affected by any citation issued by Patrol.  Any affected individual who wants an appeal hearing must submit a REQUEST FOR A HEARING TO APPEAL CITATION form, along with a copy of the citation, to the Appeals Committee.  This form can be printed using Adobe format by clicking here: Appeals Form .  This form must be submitted within 10 days after either the date on the citation or the date the citation is deemed received.  A mailed citation is deemed received 5 days after the date on the citation.  A citation left on a vehicle or at a dwelling unit or hand-delivered to the affected individual is deemed received on the date stated on the citation.  You must also pay your fine in full within the same 10-day period.
